Privately Owned. Locally Operated. Technician Focused.
Impact Mechanical is a privately owned and locally operated HVAC company serving apartment communities, commercial properties, and select residential customers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
We specialize in multifamily, light commercial, and mechanical HVAC service, helping our customers maintain and repair everything from apartment HVAC systems and rooftop units to chilled water equipment, hydronic systems, and commercial mechanical equipment.
Unlike many HVAC companies, we’re not built around high-pressure sales quotas or commission-driven service calls. Most of our work comes from long-term apartment and commercial clients who trust us to solve problems, complete repairs, and keep their properties operating efficiently.
Our technicians are dispatched to diagnose issues, perform quality repairs, and take care of customers—not to act as salespeople.
If you’re looking for a commission-heavy sales role where every service call is expected to turn into an equipment replacement, we’re probably not the right fit.
We’re looking for technicians who enjoy troubleshooting equipment, fixing problems the right way, and taking pride in quality workmanship.

We keep our technicians working year-round. While many HVAC companies slow down or reduce hours during the winter, our multifamily and commercial client base provides a steady workload throughout the year.
