DSplus, is seeking college seniors and recent graduates who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience working with real clients at our Chicago office. The summer internship is a paid 9-week hybrid program from June 15th- August 14th with an opportunity for 4-day work week, providing lessons from various departments at an agency, opportunity to work alongside and gain mentorship from advertising professionals and leaders, in addition to working on one of Toyota’s active campaign projects.

As an Account Intern here’s what you’ll do:
Support the Account Management team across a range of client programs and internal initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in client services, program management, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced, digitally driven environment.

Support Account Leads with day-to-day program management, coordinating deliverables, timelines, and client communications

Assist with meeting coordination, presentations, and collaboration across cross-functional teams

Help develop monthly reports by gathering data, tracking performance, and ensuring accuracy

Partner with operations to manage assets, approvals, and deliverables while meeting quality standards and deadlines

Provide support for internal marketing, communications, and campaign initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, creative, operations, and analytics
