Our Ft. Worth, TX location is growing! We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team! As a manager at Texas de Brazil, you will be responsible for providing customers with an absolutely memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations and showing a genuine love for the art of hospitality.
- Prioritize guest satisfaction through a hands-on, proactive approach to service excellence.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage service, and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain strong knowledge of product details, specials, and pricing, and enforce dress and grooming standards for staff.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork.
- Ensure food safety, sanitation and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and inventory control effectively.
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, rules, company policies, procedures, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, or similar role is required. Fine dining or elevated casual candidates preferred.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to multi-task and perform calmly in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of management and employees.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable and Micros.
- Ability to implement and uphold service standards.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and liquors.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bi-Lingual Preferred.
This is an Exempt (full-time) position that requires nights, weekend & holiday availability. Compensation is commensurate upon experience. GREAT BENEFITS!
