Line Cook | SMASH Sonoma
SMASH Sonoma is hiring a part-time Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We are a fast-paced burger, fried chicken, fries, and shake spot located right on the Sonoma Plaza.
This is an AM shift only position, ideal for someone looking for a consistent daytime schedule.
Position Details
Position: Line Cook
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Tuesday to Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Location: SMASH Sonoma, Sonoma Plaza
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently
- Work cleanly and stay organized during prep and service
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and kitchen procedures
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with daily prep, station setup, and breakdown
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and FOH team
- Help keep the kitchen stocked, clean, and ready for service
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working as part of a small team
- Strong attention to cleanliness and consistency
- Must be available Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
