>The ideal candidate will have at least 2-years-experience in a retail setting.
> Gardening knowledge and a love of plants is a must! Tasks include opening and closing the store, cash register duties, etc.
>Watering plants
>Hands on plant care
Hours: 8 hour shifts, Weekends required in busy season. One weekend day required in off season, June -Dec.
Compensation: Starting at $18 an hour

Summary

You will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the shopping experience for our clientele. Your core skills in POS systems, cash handling, and retail sales will be essential as you assist customers with their gardening needs. You will provide knowledgeable advice on plant care. Your strong communication skills and organizational abilities will ensure efficient stocking and merchandising, making you a vital part of our team dedicated to fostering a love for gardening in our community.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
