Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Law Clerk to join our team for the Fall of 2026 / Spring 2027. This position offers current law students the opportunity to gain practical experience in a supportive and engaging legal environment. It also offers the ability to work around a candidate's class schedule. Compensation based upon experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research, draft memoranda, and draft legal documents
- Assist attorneys with case preparation
- Review and analyze legal documents and records
- Support administrative and organizational tasks as needed
- Prepares PowerPoints and blogs
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school or seeking tax LLM
- Preferably a 2L
- Prior tax or accounting experience or background is a plus
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to work in person at our office
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
