Salary & Benefits
- Annual Salary: $56,000–$62,000
- Monthly Bonus: $500–$2,000 (based on performance)

Requirement
- 5+ years of experience in early childhood education or childcare center management
- Strong knowledge of Washington State subsidy (DSHS) regulations
- Familiarity with childcare licensing and compliance requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong leadership and staff management abilities
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to create and maintain a positive, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations
- Manage, supervise, and train staff to improve professionalism and teaching quality
- Maintain strong and responsive communication with families, addressing concerns and feedback
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and educational development of all children
- Lead enrollment efforts and maintain healthy student capacity to support growth
- Manage center budget and financial planning to ensure stability and sustainability
- Handle administrative tasks including DSHS subsidy, compliance documentation, curriculum planning, and reporting
- Resolve internal issues, fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the center’s quality and reputation
