Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Mike Erdman Collision Center is looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. We need a dependable technician who takes pride in producing safe, accurate, high-quality repairs.

Responsibilities
- Perform body and structural repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Repair and replace damaged panels and components
- Complete metalwork, panel alignment, and body preparation
- Use frame and measuring equipment when needed
- Maintain quality while meeting production expectations
- Communicate repair concerns or additional damage promptly
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work cooperatively with estimators, painters, and other team members
Qualifications
- Previous automotive collision repair experience required
- Ability to perform quality body and panel repairs
- Structural and frame repair experience is a plus
- I-CAR or OEM certifications are a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
