High-end custom residential design company has an opening for a Sr. Architectural Drafter / Project Manager on a direct hire basis. Great opportunity to work on custom, multi-million-dollar home design projects!
Duties:
- Transform architectural design sketches into detailed AutoCAD construction documents
- Interface with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is followed through from concept to completion
- Manage timelines and maintain rigorous quality control standards
- Mentor/direct other CAD drafters
- Communicate with on-site contractors to resolve design challenges
Requirements:
- AAS in Architectural Drafting, or similar
- 7+ years of residential drafting experience
- Experience creating construction documents for high-end, custom homes
- Strong AutoCAD skills
- Project management experience – includes being able to manage timelines, organizing projects, and interfacing with contractors
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work onsite fulltime
Salary: $90-130K
