If you love the sound of this job, please submit a tailored cover letter that explains why you are a great fit for the role and why you want to work for Fiasco Cases. We encourage you to think outside the box and tell us what sets you apart!
About the Business
We are coming to Nashville! This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team as we expand east. We are setting up in Nashville and need entrepreneurial and proactive individuals to help us setup our East Coast base.
We have been based in Los Angeles since 2016. Fiasco Cases is expanding, with operations in the US, New Zealand, and China. We specialize in crafting top-of-the-line cases for live touring events, conference venues, schools, churches, motorsport, medical facilities, armed forces, film, tourism, and more.
We are a team of entrepreneurs, designers, creatives and makers striving to be world leaders in the market we serve. What makes our product stand out is our unique approach to "Truck Packology”; a method that drastically reduces the time needed to move and organize the storage of expensive equipment for industries on the go. Combined with exceptional customer service and superior build quality, our casing solutions are beloved by our customers.
Our team is driven by the desire to make our customers lives better each day on tour.
About the Role
We are looking for motivated sales people to join our team as Account Managers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both the Los Angeles team and our wider team in New Zealand.
You will play a key role in developing and nurturing customer relationships. Our marketing team will bring you qualified leads, and from there, you’ll guide your customer to find products they actually want and need. With a database of over 4000 potential repeat customers and a dedicated team around you that wants to collectively win you will thrive.
As the main point of contact for our customers, you’ll work closely with them to find customized casing solutions while providing exceptional “Raving Fan” style customer service. This is a fast-paced, multi-tasking role, so strong organizational skills are a must.
This is also a technical sales role where you’ll become deeply knowledgeable about the Fiasco Cases product range and our customers’ needs across various industries. You’ll need to be passionate about problem-solving and providing solutions that help customers succeed.
Additionally, you will manage your sales orders from start to finish, working closely with our dedicated Product Specialist to quote custom jobs, oversee the testing and fitting process, and ensure timely fulfilment.
