Automotive Sales Manager

Tasca Automotive Group is looking for an experienced, results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to help lead one of our dealerships through an exciting period of growth. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and knows how to drive both people and results.
We're not looking for someone to simply manage the showroom—we're looking for a leader who can develop a team, execute a process, maximize profitability, and create an exceptional customer experience every day.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, motivate, and hold accountable a team of Sales Consultants and ABS representatives
- Drive showroom performance by actively desking deals, managing TOs, and maximizing closing opportunities
- Ensure consistent execution of the sales process, CRM follow-up, and customer communication standards
- Work closely with Finance, BDC, Used Car, and Service departments to maximize sales opportunities and customer retention
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including sales volume, closing percentage, PVR, appointment conversion, inventory turn, and salesperson productivity
- Manage dealer trades and inventory acquisition opportunities
- Recruit, train, and develop future sales talent
- Foster a culture built on accountability, professionalism, integrity, and continuous improvement
- Lead by example with a hands-on, customer-first management style
What We're Looking For
- Proven success as an Automotive Sales Manager with a track record of producing results
- Strong desking, negotiation, and deal-structuring experience
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-development skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (CDK and Eleads experience preferred)
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills
- Process-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Positive attitude, competitive drive, and commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
