Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated fast casual server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making Boba tea, poke bowls, and ice cream, while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. The job will also require prep, such as cutting fruit vegetables, and need to be able to lift 50 lbs. You will also engage with customers, providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness.
- Engage with customers, providing information about flavors, ingredients, and recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash register.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
- Cut and prep fruits and vegetables.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices is essential.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while managing time effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
