POWERSPORTS AND MARINE SALES ASSOCIATE JOB DESCRIPTION:
Riva Motorsports Space Coast is seeking hard working, high energy, highly motivated Powersports and Marine Sales Associates to join our already high performing team. Our Powersports and Marine Sales Associates operate with a consultative approach and are Product Specialists at heart. They are committed to creating a great buying AND ownership experience for our customers.
Powersports and Marine Sales Associates enjoy working with customers that are seeking fun and excitement here in Florida. Our products range from New and Preowned Jet Boats, Personal Watercraft, Motorcycles, ATVs, and UTV's. We offer something for everyone for every season.
POWERSPORTS AND MARINE SALES ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers upon arrival and guide prospects through the sales process.
Assist customers to find a unit that meets their needs.
Enhance the customer experience and advance sales process by demonstrating the unit's features.
Track progress and follow up with prospects using CRM
Assist customers in the completion of their purchase.
Assist management in ensuring the inventory is merchandised correctly to maximize sales
POWERSPORTS AND MARINE SALES ASSOCIATE QUALIFICATIONS:
Outgoing and friendly personality, especially while handling objections
Persistent, competitive and possesses a strong work ethic
Strong interpersonal and communications skills in person, over the phone, text and email
Previous sales experience is a plus.
Spanish speaker is a plus.
