Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive National Account Manager / Collections Administrator to drive our business growth and ensure seamless office operations. This multiple dual-role position offers an exciting opportunity to lead strategic account development while managing day-to-day administrative functions. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for national account growth, focusing on national account presents, business development, and marketing initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients by creating works orders, checking in jobs, reviewing inspection reports and contracts.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms, ensuring mutual value and long-term partnerships.
- Manage work orders using Service Trade and other tools to track progress, analyze trends, and identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for schedule dates and times
- Oversee collections daily - mostly communication's for payment status updates
- scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting overall office efficiency.
- Provide leadership within the team by fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving targets and operational excellence.
Experience
- Microsoft 365 (excel, outlook and teams)
- Strong contract review experience
- Experience in business development and account management across diverse industries.
- Familiarity with managing customer relationships and analyzing sales data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.

Pay: $25.33 - $36.05 per hour
