Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our hotel team. This role is responsible for preparing and maintaining a continental breakfast service for our guests, ensuring a welcoming and clean environment. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, good customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Duties
- Set up the breakfast area, including arranging food items, utensils, and condiments
- Monitor and replenish breakfast items as needed to ensure freshness and availability
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times
- Assist guests with any questions or requests related to the breakfast service
- Clear away used dishes and utensils promptly to keep the area tidy
- Follow hotel policies and procedures to deliver excellent guest service
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work early mornings or flexible hours as needed
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with setting up and cleaning the breakfast area
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
