Position Summary
As our Patient Experience Coordinator / Office Manager, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding experience for every patient. You will manage the daily operations of the office, coordinate schedules, communicate with patients, handle financial transactions, and ensure the office runs efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound patient phone calls
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments
- Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
- Process invoices and collect patient payments
- Manage office inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support daily office operations to ensure an organized and efficient workflow
- Work closely with the provider to create an exceptional patient experience
- Assist with additional administrative duties as needed
