We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Tile Removal Crew Leader (Foreman)
Skills
- Ability to Self-Perform onsite and manage/oversee laborers
- Able to motivate and drive team to complete daily tasks
- Ability to use all hand and power tools efficiently
- Lift, with the help of a co-worker, 32 Gallons trash cans full of flooring tile debris.
- Drive Heavy vehicles such as Vans and Boxtrucks, daily.
- Spanish fluency is a PLUS
- Ability to read blueprints
- Manage all safety aspects including proper PPE use and Working Area safety
- Ability to access and use technology (mobile phones, laptops, tablets, etc.)
- Able to use Apps to communicate with office team
- Demonstrates a potential for learning
- Possess clear communication skills and basic conflict resolution abilities
- Must be well spoken to speak with customers
Experience:
- Flooring/demolition experience ( 1 Year )
- Supervisor/leadership roles are a plus
- Further Training will be provided.
