Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant / Dental Assistant
This full-time position supports our Encino and Sherman Oaks offices. Candidates must be available to work at either location based on scheduling needs.
We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Registered Dental Assistant/Dental Assistant to join our team full-time. This role requires Monday–Friday availability along with at least 2 Saturdays each month. If you’re a motivated self-starter with strong clinical skills and a great work ethic, we’d love to connect with you.
Compensation
- Hourly Pay: We pay hourly depending on experience, with consistent full-time hours and opportunities to pick up additional shifts across our offices based on performance and availability.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and ensure a comfortable experience
- Assist the dentist chairside during procedures
- Take x-rays and impressions
- Maintain strict sterilization protocols and a clean operatory
- Monitor supplies and lab cases
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly logs
- Call in prescriptions as directed
- Provide clear and accurate post-operative instructions
- Document clinical notes precisely and thoroughly
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice
- High School Diploma or GED (dental assisting certification preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Diamond Dental, Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar dental software
- Current Hep B, 8-Hour Infection Control Certification, California X-ray License, and CPR/BLS
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently on Saturdays
