Handyman / Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)
ReadyFix is looking for an experienced, reliable, and highly skilled Handyman/Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.
We service commercial properties throughout North Carolina and are looking for someone who can work independently, solve problems on-site, and complete repairs with high quality.
Responsibilities
* Drywall repair and finishing
* Painting and touch-ups
* Brick, block, and stone repairs
* Basic masonry work
* Lock installation, repair, and replacement
* Door and hardware repairs
* General carpentry
* Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
* Flooring and trim repairs
* Caulking, patching, and general property maintenance
* Diagnosing maintenance issues and recommending solutions
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of professional handyman or maintenance experience
* Strong experience with drywall, masonry, brick, stone, and general repairs
* Experience repairing and installing locks, doors, and hardware
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Clean and professional attitude
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
* Must provide your own basic hand tools during the probationary period
