We're looking for experienced CDL-A drivers based in the Florissant, MO area to join our Midwest Regional Fleet. If you want weekly home time, great pay, and a team that has your back, this is the opportunity for you.
Home Time:
- Home every weekend for your 34-hour reset Saturday and Sunday, every week.
Pay:
- $0.57 to $0.64 per mile based on experience
- Weekly gross average $1,300 to $1,500
- Top 20% of our regional drivers earn $1,700+ per week
Miles:
- Average 2,200 to 3,000 miles per week depending on hours of service
Freight:
- 100% no-touch freight
- 50-60% drop and hook / 40-50% live unload
- Average haul 450 miles per load
Additional Pay:
- Detention pay: $12.50/hr after 2 hours
- Layover & breakdown pay: $100 per day
- Performance bonus: up to 3 additional CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity
Sign-On Bonus:
- $4,000 paid in milestones
Equipment:
- 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680

Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 21 years of age
- At least 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience, trailers over 40 feet
- No major moving violations in the past 3 years

- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
