Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their automotive parts and accessory needs through excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Manage inventory by stocking shelves, organizing parts, and maintaining accurate stock levels using inventory management systems such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash and electronic payments securely
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote automotive parts sales and accessories, maximizing revenue opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety standards are met and products are properly displayed
