Duties:
- Help main cook to prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up, prep, and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that foods are prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen
Experience:
- Previous working in a kitchen and having experience with Asian cuisine
- Have experience with pan searing
- Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
