In This Role, You Will:
- Provide direct care and emotional support to patients.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of treatment plans.
- Promote hygiene, grooming, rest, and nourishment to enhance patient well-being.
- Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A caring attitude and genuine interest in mental health care.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a psychiatric setting.
- Educational background or training in healthcare (preferred).
- Experience with psychiatric or geriatric populations (preferred).
