General Responsibilities:
Maintain and support the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of all company-owned vehicles. Assist in maintaining and supporting facilities, grounds, and landscaping.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions:
- Perform and document regular inspections, cleaning, minor vehicle maintenance.
- Schedule and oversee vehicle repairs as needed.
- Maintain and update all vehicle information into a database.
- Maintain current and process vehicle registrations, insurance, etc.
- Investigate and coordinate with insurance for vehicle and driver incidents.
- Liaison between Sunrise Services and company insurance group to ensure necessary information, deadlines, and coordination is obtained in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in facility/special projects and assignments as needed, such as changing lightbulbs, cleaning grounds, and minor facility repairs.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of Sunrise facilities and grounds, inside and out, as assigned.
- Assist with basic landscaping duties such as mowing, fertilizing, removing debris, raking lawns, weeding, mulching, and trimming/pruning.
- Assist in maintaining facilities landscaping.
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have a basic level knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Must have a basic level knowledge of facility cleanliness and safety.
- Must have strong communications skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to navigate and use Microsoft Office Suite software and Adobe products.
- Ability to perform minor facilities tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor repair, plunging toilets, etc.
- Ability to work responsibly and independently with little supervision.
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
Educational Requirements, Certifications and/or licenses:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- 1 year of experience in computer filing or database work
- 1 year of experience working with fleet and vehicles
- 1 year of experience working with facilities or maintenance work preferred
- Must be able to meet and maintain company driver and personal driver requirements
- DSHS background clearance required
