We are a growing, family-owned automotive repair facility in Bensalem, PA, looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.

What You'll Do
- Present vehicle inspections and repair recommendations with confidence and professionalism
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals through honest recommendations and exceptional customer service
- Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
- Maintain strong Average Repair Order (ARO) and closing ratios
- Follow up on declined work opportunities and unsold estimates
- Keep a full appointment schedule and maximize shop productivity
- Work closely with our technicians to ensure customers receive accurate recommendations and outstanding service
- Deliver a five-star customer experience from initial phone call to vehicle delivery
- Take ownership of your results and contribute to the growth of the shop
Our Shop
- Over 300 vehicles per month
- Shared between 2 Service Advisors
- Team of 6 Technicians
- Growing operation with strong demand
- Established customer base and excellent reputation
What We're Looking For
- Previous Service Advisor experience required
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Leadership qualities and a professional appearance
- Experience handling a high-volume workload
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Tekmetric experience (a HUGE plus)
- Familiarity with ShopFix training and processes
- Experience with digital inspections and modern shop workflows
Compensation & Benefits
- $85,000 - $105,000++ earning potential
