Star Parking Services is a professional parking enforcement company that monitors private properties and enforces parking regulations. Our team immobilizes vehicles that are parked without authorization and collects a fee from the vehicle owner to release the device.
- Military Veterans or Active Military, Law Enforcement, Correctional Officer, Vehicle Towing, Security Guards, Parking Enforcement Officer experience is a plus.

What is the Booting Process?
A vehicle immobilization device, also known as a “boot”, is a wheel clamp that can only be installed and removed by a trained parking enforcement technician. When a vehicle is booted, the technician places a clearly visible orange notice on the driver-side window to alert the owner that it has been immobilized.
The notice includes Star Parking’s 24-hour call center number, also displayed on a green sticker. When the vehicle owner calls, a service operator dispatches a technician to the location to remove the boot upon payment of the required fee.
Once the device is removed, the driver is able to leave the property. This process not only resolves the violation efficiently but also serves as a deterrent—both for the individual involved and for others who see the visible enforcement measures in place.
