The team has spent the last 18 months building, raising capital, and validating the technology, and is now hiring for the next phase of growth ahead of a fall beta launch. This Senior Social Media Manager role owns social presence end-to-end as the company works to define a new category in home robotics.
Looking for a Senior Social Media Manager with 3–6+ years of experience to own social channels and maximize engagement ahead of the fall beta launch. A strategic and hands-on creator with experience growing a consumer-facing brand at a startup — someone who can generate a massive swirl of conversation and help define a new category in home robotics.
- Campaign creation — develop and execute creative social media campaigns to build hype for the fall beta launch.
- Own the channels — end-to-end social presence, with a primary focus on driving conversation and engagement on X (Twitter).
- Leverage video — collaborate with the creative director and video team to repurpose a large amount of existing video content for social.
- Creative ideation — come up with new content ideas and work with in-house production resources to bring them to life.
- Day-to-day ownership — manage daily social posting, community engagement, and performance tracking to grow the audience of early adopters.
Seniority & Work Experience
- 4+ years in social, content, or creative roles at a startup — ideally consumer — owning strategy and execution
Hard Skills
- Deep expertise growing a brand's presence on X (most important), TikTok, and Instagram
- Proven ability to maximize engagement and virality — via campaigns or a personal following on X
Miscellaneous
- Able to work in-office in Redwood City, 4 days/week
- Open to a contract-to-hire engagement
- Managed social media for an early-stage B2C tech startup or a cool consumer product company (Oura, Partiful, Notion, Whoop)
- Owned social channels end-to-end, from strategy to execution
- Experience with influencer and creator partnerships in tech
Pay: $110,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
