Marketing Director – Axios Group LLC
Hourly Rate: $18–$25/hour (based on experience)

Axios Group LLC is committed to driving innovative marketing strategies in the insurance and financial services space. We’re looking for a versatile Marketing Director who will play a key role in connecting with our clients, brokers, carriers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all marketing initiatives leveraging GoHighLevel (CRM). You’ll oversee campaign management and email automation, ensuring we deliver targeted outreach to clients and brokers.
- Drive email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp, ensuring high engagement and continuous optimization.
- Collaborate closely with our web designer to align on SEO strategies and ensure marketing automation is seamlessly integrated into the website.
- Work directly with our CEO, Matt, to conceptualize and execute social media and YouTube campaigns. This may include basic videography and video editing to create engaging content.
- Plan, organize, and execute company events, ensuring seamless brand representation.
- Serve as a liaison with our brokers, helping them craft their marketing materials and ensuring they have what they need to represent the brand effectively.
- Coordinate marketing requests and budgets with our carrier partners, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
- Ensure effective internal and external communication around GoHighLevel email automation systems, supporting both clients and brokers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel and Mailchimp is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in digital marketing, email automation, and social media strategy.
- Strong project management skills with experience in event planning.
- Basic videography and video editing skills are a plus.
- Collaborative mindset: you’ll be interacting with leadership, brokers, carriers, and cross-functional teams.
