About the Role:
Clean Cut Painters is hiring a full-time Experienced Painter with strong leadership skills to manage crews, uphold five-star quality, and drive project success. If you’re someone who takes pride in clean prep, sharp finishes, and leading by example—we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a crew of painters to stay on schedule and budget
- Set daily goals, assign tasks, and maintain project momentum
- Perform and uphold high-quality prep and finish standards
- Communicate clearly with clients and office staff
- Coach junior painters to improve skills and ensure safety
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
Pay & Perks:
- $24–$40/hr based on experience
- Weekly performance + five-star review bonuses
- Weekly pay
- Annual raises tied to performance

Schedule & Location:
- Full-time, year-round
- Onsite in Bozeman, MT | Must have reliable transportation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional painting experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Clean background
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
