Assist Primary Operators with trimming and finishing molded plastic products
-
Use routers, saws, air tools, and other equipment to complete final product finishing

Assemble components using glue, sonic welders, and additional materials as required

Inspect products for quality defects and report issues to supervisors

Verify prints, specifications, and production orders for accuracy

Properly stack and organize parts to prevent damage

Maintain production pace and support other operations when needed

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Contribute to a positive and safety-focused production environment

Ability to read prints and production specifications

Experience using manufacturing tools and machinery preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality

Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads

Basic computer skills are helpful

Ability to work in a hot, humid, and loud manufacturing environment

Physical ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift, including frequent lifting up to 50 pounds

Starting pay of $17/hour plus a shift differential with no experience needed
