We are looking for a reliable CDL-A contract driver for a position based out of Hagerstown, MD. This is a great opportunity for a driver who wants consistent work, performance-based pay, and the ability to grow with a structured operation.
Pay Structure:
18% of total gross to start
Increase to 22% of total gross after 90 days (based on performance and reliability)
Schedule:
Target schedule: Monday–Friday
Start time: Early mornings (7:00–8:00 AM)
Home daily
Schedule may vary depending on loads and operational needs
Job Details:
Loads are pre-scheduled in advance (barring unforeseen changes)
Mix of routes, may include driver assist unloading
Based out of Hagerstown, MD
Requirements:
Valid CDL-A license
Must pass a drug test (required before starting)
Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to a flexible schedule
Comfortable with multi-stop routes and occasional physical unloading
