American Traveler is hiring a travel Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer with at least 2 years of experience and prior travel contract experience for assignments across multiple Iowa and Illinois facilities.

Positions available across multiple facilities, including Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 trauma centers

EMR: Epic (experience required)

Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound/sonography experience required

At least 1 prior travel contract required — first-time travelers will not be considered

ARDMS certification required

Iowa state license required; compact license accepted

License required if applicable

Epic EMR experience required

Driver's License required for consideration

One supervisory reference from within 2 years of employment or contract required for consideration

Skills checklist completed within the past year required for consideration

Candidates must have a taxable address at least 50 miles from the assigned facility to qualify for travel pay rates; local candidates may be considered at some locations

Travelers are expected to work 2 of the 3 winter holidays: Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving

Time-off requests are limited to 1 day during the Thanksgiving and winter holiday blackout periods, regardless of holidays worked

Candidates who have been employed by the facility within the past 12 months are not eligible for consideration
