KRP Automotive is hiring experienced Service Advisors who already know how to manage customers, sell work ethically, and operate in a fast-paced service environment without constant supervision.
If you currently work as a Service Advisor, Writer, or ASM in an independent shop or dealership and are looking for a better culture, stronger income opportunity, and no weekends — we want to talk to you.
IMPORTANT:
This is NOT an entry-level position.
Applicants without Service Advisor experience will not be considered.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience required
- Automotive dealership experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to sell maintenance and repair services
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Experience using shop management or dealership software
- Professional, organized, and performance-driven mindset
- Spanish-speaking is a major plus

- Manage the customer experience from write-up through delivery
- Build estimates and recommend needed services with confidence and integrity
- Communicate effectively with technicians and customers
- Maintain high CSI and strong closing percentages
- Keep workflow organized and moving efficiently
