Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to our residents
Develop and implement effective staffing plans, schedules, and assignments to ensure adequate coverage and patient safety
Conduct regular assessments of resident care and make recommendations for improvements
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services
Requirements
Current RN license in the state of Colorado
Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a long-term care or assisted living setting
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Familiarity with electronic medical records and other healthcare technology
Working Conditions
The Assistant Director of Nursing will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
Must be able to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 25 pounds, with frequent bending, stooping, or standing
