Responsibilities

- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to carry out specific tasks such as mixing materials or installing fixtures
- Support the installation of structural elements like framing, drywall, or flooring with precision and care
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on site
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and ensure quality standards are met
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or manual labor roles is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work as part of a team in a physically demanding environment
- Basic understanding of construction tools and safety procedures is advantageous
