Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee fire and water damage restoration operations for our Salem, MA team. This role is responsible for managing field crews, coordinating restoration projects, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
The Production Manager plays a key role in maintaining workflow, supporting technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the restoration process.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of restoration production crews
Manage fire, water, and related restoration projects from start to completion
Schedule technicians, equipment, and resources for active jobs
Monitor job progress, timelines, and project documentation
Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal team members
Ensure work meets company quality standards and industry guidelines
Train and support field technicians to maintain high performance
Maintain safety standards and proper use of restoration equipment
Qualifications
Experience in fire and water damage restoration required
Experience with Xactimate for reviewing estimates and making change orders and supplements
Previous Production Manager, Operations Manager, or Project Manager experience preferred
IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, etc.) are a plus
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple jobs and crews simultaneously
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Valid driver’s license required
