Benchmark Management is seeking applicants for the position of assistant manager at our Lebanon, OH apartment community.
Responsibilities include assisting the Manager to effectively manage the property. Section 8/HUD experience is highly preferred. General office experience, computer skills, and organizational qualities required.
This is a newly created, part time position for 25-29 hours per week.
