- Follows prescribed medical regimen as outlined by attending Physician.

Provide assistance in the management of resident care on the unit assigned

Enters chart documentation as well as provides communication within nursing staff

Takes orders for lab work and performs necessary blood work, documents needed information accurately

Provide direct nursing care functions appropriate to License qualifications

Communicates with physicians appropriately, including accepting new orders, preparing for receipts, receiving physician call-backs

Responds to emergencies according to policy
- Current License to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical with the Virginia State Board of Nursing.

Current CPR and First Aid certification

Leadership and communication skills.
