WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
A hospitality-focused, experienced General Manager for Fort Oak, our Michelin bib recognized restaurant in Mission Hills, who is strategic, detail-obsessed, a creator of positive culture, accountable, respectful, and eager to work along side their team.
Hospitality is a core tenant of our company philosophy, and creating a unique experience between our restaurant and our guests is paramount to what we do.
REQUIREMENTS:

- 5 years Restaurant Manager/ AGM experience, plus 2 years fine dining General Manager experience within a $4m+ venue
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong foundation of food and beverage knowledge
- Ability to coach, mentor, and grow a team
- Experience with: Google Suite, Paychex, OpenTable, r365, Toast
- Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
