Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring quality standards and food safety protocols are maintained
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Take customer orders accurately, upsell menu items to enhance sales, and process payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to sanitation standards
- Support food handling procedures to ensure proper storage, hygiene, and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to deliver quick service in a fast food or quick service restaurant setting
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or retail environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and retail math calculations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking efficiently
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is a plus
- Experience with kitchen tasks such as food prep or bussing is advantageous
- A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn new skills

Pay: $2.13 - $15.00 per hour
