We have an opportunity to join our team as a Medical Assistant. The job duties are the following (but not limited to); enter information into EMR, provide care with excellent customer service. Prepare patient for examination and treatment; take brief patient history, assist with procedures, administer injections as approved, provide patient instructions. Other duties may be assigned depending on shift.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Medical Assistant
Basic qualifications and skills are as follows:
- Currently certified as a Medical Assistant: Graduate of an accredited school of medical assisting. National Certified Medical Assistant certificate required upon interviewing.
- We are seeking people who want to learn and grow within the practice of medicine.
- At least 2 years of medical experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills needed
- Experience in a Primary Care environment preferred
