Position Overview:
Megeredchian Law is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing Pre-Litigation Department.
This position is ideal for a case manager who can independently manage personal injury files while providing excellent client service and keeping cases moving efficiently toward resolution. We welcome candidates with experience handling standard pre-litigation matters as well as those who have managed complex cases involving wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, severe orthopedic injuries, multi-vehicle collisions, commercial policies, and higher policy limits.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, compassionate with clients, and capable of managing a caseload with minimal supervision.
Fluency in Spanish is required for client communication.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the case lifecycle
- Conduct detailed client interviews and provide regular case updates
- Independently manage a pre-litigation caseload from intake through settlement preparation
- Coordinate and monitor medical treatment with providers
- Manage property damage claims from start through resolution
- Obtain and review medical records, billing, liens, and supporting documentation
- Track liability, damages, treatment progress, and policy information
- Maintain organized and accurate case notes within the case management system
- Identify delays or issues and proactively move files forward
- Communicate with attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical offices, experts, and providers
- Help prepare files for demand, negotiation, and settlement progression
- Maintain detailed and organized case documentation
- Support team initiatives and collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve successful outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of personal injury case management experience
- Ability to independently manage a pre-litigation caseload
- Fluent in Spanish
- Strong knowledge of the personal injury claims process
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience handling wrongful death, catastrophic injury, severe injury, or high-value claims
- 3+ years of personal injury case management experience
- Strong knowledge of bodily injury claims, damages, liens, and insurance policies
- CASEpeer experience
- Filevine or other case management software experience
- Strong medical terminology knowledge
- Experience mentoring or assisting junior team members
Compensation:
Compensation will be based on experience, bilingual fluency, case complexity experience, and ability to independently manage files.
Hourly Rate: $25.00–$38.00 per hour (DOE)

- Employees may choose a start time between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM, which determines the remainder of their workday
