Delivery & Warehouse Helper
Extreme Packing Solutions, Inc. is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Delivery & Warehouse Helper.
This is a hands-on position that will primarily involve assisting with local pickups and deliveries, loading and unloading trucks, and helping with packing and general warehouse work.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, willing to work, and comfortable with a physical job. Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Assist drivers with local pickups and deliveries throughout New England
- Load and unload trucks safely
- Assist with moving and handling commercial equipment
- Help pack and crate equipment for shipment
- Prepare shipments for freight carriers
- Assist with general warehouse work and organization
- Maintain a professional attitude while working at customer locations
Qualifications
- Dependable and punctual
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Valid driver's license preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the day
- Comfortable working in a warehouse and assisting with pickups and deliveries
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Able to work well as part of a small team
- Warehouse, moving, construction, packing, or delivery experience is a plus, but not required
Hours & Pay
- 25–35 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours
- Monday through Friday
- Starting pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Candidates who have or obtain a valid driver's license and demonstrate reliability, good judgment, professionalism, and a strong work ethic can take on additional responsibilities and advance within the company.
No CDL is required for advancement into a driver position.
