Team Chevrolet of Goldsboro is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a fixed operations team focused on profitability, customer retention, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of fixed operations / service department management

Drive service revenue growth, gross profit, and departmental KPIs

Monitor and improve technician efficiency, productivity, and proficiency

Ensure exceptional customer experience (CSI) and retention strategies

Oversee service advisors, dispatch, and shop workflow optimization

Implement process improvements, compliance, and OEM standards

Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing service team

Qualifications:

5+ years of automotive service manager experience (high-volume dealership preferred)

Proven success in increasing service absorption, RO growth, and net profit

Strong understanding of fixed ops metrics, KPIs, and performance management

Experience with DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.)
