Duties
- Thoroughly clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and other supplies to ensure guest comfort
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors in guest rooms and common areas
- Handle laundry duties for linens and towels efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Assist with cleaning public spaces like hallways, lobbies, and restrooms to keep the entire property spotless
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and safety compliance
- Follow all safety procedures and hotel policies to promote a secure environment for guests and staff
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments preferred; hotel experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and custodial practices
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout shifts
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is advantageous
- Prior housekeeping management experience is beneficial but not required
