Highline Hospitality is looking for friendly, dependable individuals to join our Guest Services team as a Hotel Bellman/Porter at Whitefish's newest luxury boutique hotel, Larch House.
You'll play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences, welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, providing local recommendations, and help maintain the exceptional level of service expected at one of Whitefish's premier hospitality properties.

What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude
- Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure
- Escort guests to their accommodations when needed
- Answer questions about the property and local attractions
- Deliver requested items to guest rooms
- Maintain clean and inviting guest areas
- Restock hospitality stations and guest amenities
- Assist with outdoor guest spaces and seasonal setups
- Safely store and retrieve guest equipment including skis, bikes, golf clubs, and luggage
- Perform routine property walks and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Work closely with the front desk and housekeeping teams to provide exceptional guest experiences

- Enjoys working with people
- Has a positive, professional attitude
- Is dependable and punctual
- Communicates well with guests and coworkers
- Can lift up to 50 pounds
- Is comfortable working indoors and outdoors
- Can work weekends and holidays as needed
- Hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person
