As a Certified Medical Assistant at our clinic, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients and assisting with check-in, payments, and rooming.
- Obtaining and documenting vital signs, medical histories, medication lists, and patient concerns.
- Preparing treatment rooms and supporting clinical providers during patient care.
- Performing phlebotomy and specimen collection (if trained and qualified).
- Assisting with injections and other clinical procedures within your scope of practice.
- Cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking treatment areas.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
- Helping with scheduling, telephone calls, prior authorizations, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Tracking medical supplies and notifying management when items need to be reordered.
- Following HIPAA, OSHA, infection-control, and clinic safety policies.
- Contributing to a calm, welcoming, and professional environment for patients.
We’re seeking a Certified Medical Assistant with the following qualifications:

Current Medical Assistant certification.
- Current BLS certification (or willingness to obtain before starting).
- At least 1 year of clinical experience (preferred).
- Phlebotomy experience (preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Comfort caring for patients with mental health conditions and chronic medical concerns.
- Dedication to maintaining patient confidentiality and professional boundaries.
