We are looking for an Experience Customer Service Representative with 5-6 years of experience. Must be willing to work in a changing, and fast paced work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Queuing order
- Performing Order Management (Reviewing older orders)
- Checking orders on Shopify thoroughly
- Analyze and Determine what the customer may require
- Contacting customers via email or/and phone with any concerns regarding their respective orders in a professional manner.
- Knowledge of looking for information on google, computer applications, and other platforms. Ability to navigate around as well.
- Attention to Detail / Open Minded
- Collaborate clearly and openly with the team leader or teammates.
- Allocating and managing time for tasks assigned.
- Out of the box / critical thinking skills.
- Desire to grow and develop within a position or company
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- 5+ years of Customer Service experience.
- Proper Email Etiquettes
Prefer Skills/Abilities:
- Warehouse operation's experience.
- Shipping experience
- Customer Service
- Computer Operation
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full Time
Wednesday to Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Saturday and Sunday - Mandatory
Pay: From $15.50 to $16.50 per hour depending on experience.
