-Must have a Bachelor's degree (ECE or related) or Associate's Degree (ECE or related)
-FBI, State Police, Child Abuse, NSOR background checks are mandatory.
- Mandated Reporter & CPR trainings are mandatory.
- At least 3 Years Experience
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of age-appropriate curriculum to promote holistic development
- Manage daily center operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to child care licensing and safety standards
- Recruit, train, and supervise teaching staff to maintain high-quality educational practices
- Foster strong relationships with families through regular communication, meetings, and community events
- Oversee health and safety protocols to create a secure environment for children and staff
- Collaborate with educators to incorporate innovative teaching methods and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills
- Proven experience in higher education teaching or early childhood education administration
- Strong background in education administration within a university or similar institution
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team of educators
- Deep understanding of working with young children and engaging with their developmental needs
- Effective communication skills for building partnerships with families and community stakeholders
- Knowledge of licensing requirements, safety regulations, and best practices in early childhood education
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
