Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, split systems, package units, chillers, boilers, air handlers, exhaust systems, and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections on commercial HVAC equipment to maximize efficiency and equipment life.
- Identify equipment deficiencies and recommend repair or replacement solutions to customers.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, specifications, sequence of operations, and manufacturer service manuals.
- Install replacement components including compressors, motors, bearings, belts, contactors, controls, valves, and other HVAC system components.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control system issues.
- Start up newly installed HVAC equipment and verify proper operation.
- Complete service reports, inspection forms, and work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding system conditions, repair recommendations, and maintenance needs.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized manner.
- Support company goals related to safety, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow all OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls as required.

Commercial HVAC service experience required.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, refrigeration, mechanical, and control systems.
- Working knowledge of HVAC equipment including RTUs, split systems, VAV systems, chillers, boilers, pumps, and building automation controls.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification required.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.

EPA Universal Certification required.
- Texas Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician Registration or License preferred (or ability to obtain if required).
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; push, pull, carry, and maneuver heavier equipment with assistance when necessary.
- Ability to climb ladders, work on rooftops, operate lifts, and work in confined spaces.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends.
- Commitment to following all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Ability to maintain accurate time records and complete required documentation.
